Gianaclis, and his bodyguard, Verne V. Davis. Gianaclis and Davis testified that were beaten, kidnapped, and robbed by a group of men as they neared Meredith's home in the Hollywood Hills. In March 1951, the California Assembly Interim Committee on Crime and Corrections issued an official report concluding that Meredith had been framed. The case was handled sloppily in court and inconsistent allegations by the perpetrators were overlooked by police. In July 1951, Gov. Earl Warren commuted her sentence to time served and issued a statement of disgust at how her trial had been handled. Mr. Gianaclis was found to have set-up Miss Meredith to gain ownership of her home. Following her release from Tehachapi, prison, the court ordered that Miss Meredith receive back ownership of her home from her accuser. Mr. Gianaclis, an immigrant from Greece, was afterwards denied U.S. citizenship by the U.S. Immigration Service.
- Richard M Fleming, PhD, MD, JD, aka as Richard Maximus Fleming-Vlamingen (SAG-AFTRA) was born in Cedar Falls, Iowa. In elementary school he acted, danced and sang. He grew up playing baseball, riding horses, working on a family farm and restaurant. During the 1960s the JFK administration began an experimental program to select students beginning in 7th grade and begin their doctorate training. By completion of secondary school Richard had also obtained his Physics PhD awarded two days after receiving his HS degree. His thesis was in plasma and positron emissions and application.
In the 1970s Richard became the youngest member of the AHA faculty where he was placed on three committees including Basic and Advanced Life Support, and the Physician Cholesterol Education Committee. From the later he would later develop the Inflammation and Vascular Disease theory, which he presented for the first time in 1994 at the AHA conference.
During Medical College he continued his research in Sodium and High Blood Pressure analysis and graduated as one of 17 Honors students from 176 students. His subsequent research included correcting errors made in medical diagnostic imaging developing the first and currently only quantitative imaging method (FMTVDM, FlemingMethod, US Patent # 9566037 issued 14 February 2017) equally applicable to all nuclear imaging cameras including Positron Emission Tomography - an extension from his earlier doctoral thesis.
Following a singing competition in 2014, where he was one of the 9 finalists selected to perform, he moved to Los Angeles where he returned to his acting, dancing and singing roots. He has appeared in several short films, TV episodes and other projects displaying some of his specialized skills.
During this same time he obtained his doctorate in law. He has used this to attempt to address legal challenges to Due Process rights of people and is an ardent believer that people have the right to control what happens to their bodies. He has argued that the government does not have the right to mandate what happens to US citizens and believes the adult industry is over regulated by the government; arguing yet again that actors, like everyone else have the right to determine what they choose to do individually.
In 2019 when gearing up his acting and singing career, the pandemic began and Richard returned to research investigation of this virus. Both his copyrighted explanation of "Inflammation and Heart Disease" first presented in 1994 and published in a Cardiology Textbook in 1999; and his patent (FlemingMethod) were used to study the coronavirus and covid-19. This research lead to improved diagnosis and treatment. It also lead to Richard investigating the origins of this virus and publishing a book following the money, published research and patent trail.
In the early part of 2021 he returned to Texas where he began presenting his findings and fighting for individual liberties.
His work continues today, making it possible to re-establish his acting and singing career in Dallas, where he has been selected for a couple of roles in films currently in the planning stage. - Raymond Bond was born on 21 April 1885 in Iowa Falls, Iowa, USA.
